Can Reywin Books replace Tally or Zoho Books?
For day-to-day double-entry accounting, statements and reconciliation, yes. It also exports to Tally for accountants who still work there.
Is this double-entry accounting?
Yes. Every transaction posts to ledgers properly, which is what makes the statements trustworthy.
Can my accountant work in it?
Yes. Give them their own login with access to the accounting side only.
Does it replace my billing system?
It works with Reywin Billing so operational documents feed the books, or you can run Books on its own.
Can I start mid-year?
Yes. Open the period you are in and bring in opening balances.
How much does Reywin Books cost?
Plans start at ₹5,999 per year (about ₹500 a month, billed yearly). Is there a free trial of Books?
Yes. A new workspace gets a 14-day free trial of Standard Books with no credit card. Choose a plan when you are ready - everything you entered during the trial stays.
Can I add users or capacity without upgrading my Books plan?
Yes. From Subscription > Add-ons in the app you can buy additional staff users at ₹1,500 per user / year; additional company / branch at ₹3,500 per company / year. Yearly add-ons are charged only for the days left in your subscription. Add-on and credit prices include GST.
